1、内蒙古科技大学 学生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文）题目：综采工作面设备选型学生姓名： 学 专 班 号： 业：矿山机电 级： 指导教师： 摘要本设计主要研究了综采工作面采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机以及乳化液泵站的选 型设计。综合机械化采煤是指完成落煤、装煤、运煤以及顶板支护等一系列机械化的总 称。本设计中所研究的煤层为采高 2.9 米的中厚煤层，是较为常见的，所以选型较为容 易，采煤机型号的选择主要根据煤层硬度、厚度、倾角等因素来选取，选型后还要计算 采煤机的主要参数，采高、截深、生产力、牵引速度、牵引力、截割速度、装机功率。 本设计中选用了 MG400/920WD 采煤机，本采煤机在我国使用较为普
2、遍。在运输方面本 设计选用了跟 MG400/920WD 配套的 SGZ880/800 型输送机，并对输送机的输送能力以 及刮板链的强度进行了验算。在顶板支护中根据顶板的稳定性选用了支撑掩护式支架， 架型需要根据采高、工作阻力等来确定，本设计中选用了 ZZ4000/17/35 型，也是使用较 为普遍的一种架型，还对支护强度进行了验算，确定了中作面所需支架的总数量。本设 计还对乳化液泵站进行了具体的设计计算，根据所选液压支架的主要技术参数计算了泵 站的压力，并对乳化液泵进行了选型。最后本设计还对整体进行了配套验算，并做出了 三机配套图。 关键词： 关键词： 综采 工作面 选型AbstractThi

In transportation aspect this design has selected with MG400/920 necessary pair of chain scraper conveyer SGZ880/800, and has carried on the checking calculation to conveyers delivery capacity as we
