1、斜屋面混凝土浇筑方法一、施工方法 1单面模板法：此法是坡屋面混凝土施工中较常用的简易法，但影响浇筑质量的方面较多，如屋面坡度的大小，模板的光滑程度和坍落度的影响等。因混凝土无法按常规振捣而导致不密实，须待混凝土处于初凝阶段再振捣。此时混凝土的可塑性降低，再振捣势必造成混凝土的内伤和裂纹。为此，在施工中应采用一些措施，如控制混凝土的坍落度30-50mm，利用焊接板筋做抗滑移带和确定混凝土流向、分段施工等。为了保证板面的平整度，随捣随用1：25水泥砂浆抹平。 2双面夹板法。东西坡度要达到75，必须采用双面夹板法才能保证施工质量。施工需要用短钢筋作支架，并加设止水片，以控制屋面厚度和止水、防渗。在两

3、板法可以保证混凝土板达到内实外光的要求。但由于板的厚度小(一般仅为100mm)，除去钢筋和保护层，中间间隙小于50mm，若钢筋绑扎存在误差，则振捣棒更难插入。因此施工中必须注意防止钢筋位移及混凝土浇注不到位而造成的蜂窝。因无法观察到模板内混凝土的饱满度，可以敲击听音检查，并在板底采用附着式振捣器，使混凝土下淌充实。振捣时，采用33小振动棒，按序插振，防止漏插。对于死角部位可以采用板外振与人工插钎相结合。对于此法施工，应严格控制混凝土的坍落度，具体根据施工时的温度确定，一般控制在50-70mm。为保证层面的结构安全和防水效果，对坡度大的斜屋面，应优先选用双面夹板法。 3由于模板支撑系统承受斜屋面
4、的横向推力，因此，必须设置斜撑。应两面同时顺向浇筑混凝土，以减少侧压力，使焊接钢筋同时双面受力。防止混凝土单侧浇筑使支架发生位移而一边倒，甚至发生坍塌事故。 4斜屋面混凝土施工受到高处作业、坡度大小、形状变化和槽沟等多方面影响，支模及浇筑混凝土均比较困难。由于混凝土板表面积大，失水快和人员上下不便洒水困难等原因故需特别做好养护工作： 5斜屋面的工程造价大大高于平屋顶造价，所以减少防水层次，提高防水效果，是降低工程造价的重要措施，因此，确保斜屋面板混凝土的密实度十分重要。 6利用大流动性的高性能混凝土或免振自密实混凝土，是方便斜屋面施工的有效途径g an employment tribunal
