12、：地上3层，建筑面积为18600.43平方米，高度为20.65米;功能设置为售票厅、候车室、检票厅、行李托运处、商业、餐饮、办公、会议等；建筑平面布局布置较为全面，整栋楼呈圆弧形平面形状。新建客运站层高5.5米，屋面构架层高4.15米。屋檐为钢结构网架铝板装饰，屋面层结构找坡3%。本工程属一类建筑，结构安全等级为二级，抗震设防类别为丙类，抗震设防烈度为6度，场地类别为类，地面粗糙度为C类，耐火等级为一级，屋面的防水等级为二级，结构类型为框架结构，0.000相当于绝对标高6.300。本工程由惠州市中海通运输有限公司投资建设，深圳市联合创艺建筑设计有限公司设计，广东省湛江地质工程勘察院勘察，惠州建
13、通工程项目管理有限公司监理，重庆建工第七建筑工程有限责任公司组织施工。惠州市博罗质量监督站进行质量监督，惠州市博罗安全监督站进行安全监督。二、环境管理一、环境管理方针绿色环境，节约资源；遵章守法，持续发展。同时为切实达到OHSAS18001、ISO14001认证体系有关要求，我项目部将积极准备，扎扎实实作好相关的每一步工作，切切实实作到“保护环境，绿色美化，节约资源。”二、环境管理目标、指标环境目标：1、营造文明、环保、健康的施工现场和工程产品；2、施工现场粉尘、噪声满足法律、法规要求；3、废水、废气排放满足法律、法规要求；4、减少固体垃圾、避免有毒有害物质的泄漏；5、减少能源及材料消耗；6、
14、降低粉尘的产生和扩散。环境指标：1、废水、废气排放满足国家现行有关标准要求；2、所有有毒有害固体废弃物100%安全合法处置，垃圾的分类处理率达到80%；3、办公区、生活区用水的人均消耗三年内每年比上年降低1%，纸张的人均消耗每年比上年降低3%；4、噪声的排放达到国家现行标准要求，土方施工，昼间75dB；夜间禁止施工；结构施工，昼间70dB，夜间55dB（23：00至次日7：00）；装修施工，昼间65dB，夜间55dB（23：00至次日7：00）；5、对设备滴、漏油现象采取导油槽等有效措施予以收集，统一处置；6、对有毒、有害及有放射性的装饰装修材料应按国家现行有关标准的规定采购、使用及管理；7、
