12、hed facilities( see the appendix of furniture list for detail) onschedule to Party B for using.2. 房屋设施如因质量原因、 自然损耗或灾害而受到损坏， 甲 方有修缮并承担相关费用的责任。In case the premise and attached facilities are damaged by quality problems ， natural damagesor disasters ， Party A will be responsible to repair and pay the r
13、elevant expenses.3. 甲方应确保出租的房屋享有出租的权利， 反之如乙方权益 因此遭受损害， 甲方应负赔偿责任。Party A will guarantee the lease right of the premises.Otherwise ， Party A will be responsible to compensate Party Bs losses.租赁合同LEASE CONTRAC租方(甲方)Lessor( hereinafter referred to as Party A ) ： 承租方( 乙方 ) Lessee( hereinafter referred to
