1、医院党的群众路线教育实践活动简报3月12日至14日,医院班子领导带领职能部门,分为党群工作、综合管理、医疗业务、科教护理、后勤保障5个条线召开了座谈会。参加座谈会的人员来自临床一线的科主任、支部书记、护士长、民主党派代表、职工代表等,座医院党的群众路线教育实践活动简报3月12日至14日,医院班子领导带领职能部门,分为党群工作、综合管理、医疗业务、科教护理、后勤保障5个条线召开了座谈会。参加座谈会的人员来自临床一线的科主任、支部书记、护士长、民主党派代表、职工代表等,座谈会围绕查找领导班子和党员领导干部在形式主义、官僚主义、享乐主义和奢靡之风等方面存在的突出问题,针对政风行风不正、管理质量不高、

2、工作举措不力等问题建言献策。目前收集到各类意见建议一百余条,比较集中提到了以下问题:院领导下基层不够,与临床医技科室联系不够,与一线职工交流不多;条线会议太多,会议效果不明显;对职工提出的诉求与意见,反应不敏感,反馈不及时;对群众提出的合理化建议采纳与否没能及时作出答复;医院有些制度的制定,由于前期缺乏调研,因而制度推行时有阻力,表现为各科执行标准不统一,执行力不够等情况;医院文化在促进医院发展上感染人、凝聚人的作用还不明显,部分职工对医院的发展目标和改革措施不能达成共识;医院绩效分配机制还需要改进与完善,还不能很好地体现“多劳多得、优劳优得”原则;在临床科室遇到工作推进受阻、面临困难的时候,

3、领导干部对科室的责备声多于鼓励声;新建的医疗综合楼前期缺乏科学的、贴近实际顶层设计,使用时暴露出许多弊病,希望在第二期基建工程改造中引以为戒等。这些问题集中反映了领导班子与领导干部在四风方面存在的许多问题。医院领导班子将以这些问题为导向,逐条整改,逐条解决落实,并加强公示反馈,建章立制,发挥制度的激励和约束作用,使群众路线教育实践活动能起到真正解决问题、取得实效的作用,力求把开展教育实践活动与推动医院发展的各项工作紧密结合起来。谈会围绕查找领导班子和党员领导干部在形式主义、官僚主义、享乐主义和奢靡之风等方面存在的突出问题,针对政风行风不正、管理质量不高、工作举措不力等问题建言献策。目前收集到各
