1、乡镇教育工作汇报-0乡镇教育工作汇报20年是我镇施行教育教学改革，推进教育现代化的一年。一年来在上级教育行政主管部门的关心指导下，镇深化教育改革，推进教育创新，强化老师队伍建立，加快教育现代化步伐，促进我镇教育事业持续、安康、快速、协调开展。一、坚持把教育优先作为加快经济社会开展的重要战略一是进一步深化认识。教育兴那么产业兴、教育强那么后劲足。镇始终与上级党委、政府保持高度共识，突出教育优先开展的战略地位，以创办人民满意教育为重点，大力推进教育强县的各项根底性建立。平常工作和多种会议等场合都强调抓好教育工作的重要性，并把教育工作作为关注民生、惠民办实事的重要内容。二是进一步强化考核。坚持把教育
2、工作纳入乡镇政府和有关部门目的管理考核体系，进一步明确和细化了乡镇政府和有关部门的责任，增加了考评的权重，并和各个学校签定目的责任书，定期对各个学校开展督导评估，年终严格按照责任制考核奖惩到位。二、坚持把环境优化作为加快教育开展的重要保障一是把投入作为重点。教育开展的重点就在于努力保障对教育经费的投入。20年，镇党委、政府坚持教育优先展战略，在积极落实教育投入的“两个比例”，实现“三个增长”的政策方面，尽了最大努力，根本保证了教育投入总量逐年递增，保证了预算内教育经费的及时足额到位。20年全镇教育经费拨付达458万元，比上年增长21，预算内公用经费支出万元，比上年人均增加元。本级财政预算已拨付
3、老师工资972万元，拨付教育附加费237万元。拨付教育专款万元、危改专项资金104万元、寄宿制学校建立资金万元。全面实行义务教育经费保障机制改革，落实国家“两免一补”政策，全部免除学生学杂费，免除学生课本费1562人次，区财政配套改革资金万元。积极开展各种助学活动，筹集捐款33万元，捐助学生296名。二是把整治作为难点。教育工作是一项系统工程，教育要开展，就需要有一个好的环境，要有好的环境，就需要各部门的支持配合。20年在教育开展环境的问题上，镇党委、政府下了一番硬功夫。一方面，狠抓了校园周边环境的整治。成立了以分管教育的镇党委副书记陈全为组长，分管环境治理的副镇长为副组长的整治校园周边环境领
4、导小组，结合派出所、工商所、地税所、综治办、文化站、播送站等镇直相关部门，经常性开展中小学校校园周边环境整治活动，最明显的成效就是根本上取缔了学校周围的违规网吧。另一方面，狠抓了部门协调工作。三、深化教育教学改革，扎实推进素质教育。确立德育为首，构建“大德育”网络。一是加强法制教育，防止青少年违法犯罪。各校积极完善法制教育工作制度，运用各种形式开展专题法制教育，在学生中掀起学法、用法、守法的热潮。一年来，全镇各个学校邀请司法部门相关专家讲授普法课共计78节，增强了青少年学生的法律意识。二是加强学生心理安康教育，进步学生生理和心理素质教育。一年来，各校把学生心理安康教育作为重要工作来抓，采取多种
5、措施推动学校心理安康教育的开展。利用新农村新教育的专项资金，加大对学校卫生室、心理咨询室的建立和设备添置。三是加强学校平安工作的检查，落实平安工作责任制。一年来，全镇各校实在抓好交通平安、消防平安、食品平安、疾病防疫等教育工作，三月份，全镇各校按照镇政府统一部署，开展了平安教育月活动，举行各种各样平安知识讲座，举办了一系列的平安逃生演练及“平安校园”的创立活动。科研教育、常规教育并举，进步育人程度。一是构建教学网络，加强教学研究和指导。二是实行“三引一推”积极推进新课改。即把专家引进来，把大型教研活动引进来，把成功经历引进来；把青年骨干老师推出去。三是以科研促开展，科研气氛日趋浓重。加强教育质
6、量的目的管理，全面进步教学质量。加强中学的研究教育，抓好复习工作，确保中考、高考的目的质量完成。加强学校艺体工作，全面开展素质教育。抓好老师队伍建立，精心打造高素质老师队伍。一是加强师德教育；二是进一步进步老师队伍的业务素质和技能；三是在老师中全面开展“四个一”活动，即一天一练、一周一记、一月一扫、一年一点；四是大力推进名师名校长工作建立。加强幼教管理，努力完善终身教育体系。一是加强标准管理，确保幼教工作安康开展；二是加强幼儿园内部常规工作的管理和指导；三是积极组织幼儿园老师参加学习和培训，实在进步幼儿老师的业务素质。尽管我镇教育工作不断开展，群众满意度不断提升，教育工作“两项制度”督导评估上
7、比拟扎实，但离上级的要求还有一定间隔 ，主要是：一是中小学老师队伍构造有待优化，紧缺学科老师急需补充，待遇有待进一步改善；二是城镇教育资短缺，班额过大，优质教育资有待进一步扩张开展；三是政府财力保障与教育事业开展的要求，还有一定的差距。对这些问题，我们将高度重视，通过改革和开展的方法，逐步逐年解决。今后，我们将进一步乘着建立教育强市、教育强区的东风深化改革，创新思路，真抓实干，迎难而上，努力推进我镇教育事业又好又快开展。prehensive coordination ability, writing ability, supervision ability, losts ability, in
