3、,随着时代的发展和科技的进步,现实生活中人们在各个领域对于恒流源的需求也越来越广泛,在国内国外各个领域均有涉及。大功率恒流源所涉及的学科领域非常广泛,它包含电力电子、模拟电子技术,数字电子技术、自动控制理论、微型计算机理论等等,随着21世纪发起的全新技术革命浪潮的兴起,电力电子技术带动恒流源技术使其得到了空前的发展,给数控恒流源技术的发展提供了广阔的前景,而我们国内对大功率恒流源的研究尚不成熟而且起步较晚,与国外的大厂商仍有较大差距,仍有很多问题和研发中的困难亟需解决。恒流源是电源技术发展过程中的一个非常重要的分支和课题,上世纪60年代恒流源才开始得到具体研究和发展,在恒流源发展的初期,恒流器

4、件常用镇流管,在此后的发展中,恒流源源技术得到了不断的发展。但在初期的恒流源及其产品都存在着很多问题,比如低分辨度,精度低,稳定低,后来的恒流源主要的发展方向是上述缺点和不足不断加以改善。到了上世纪80年代,随着半导体集成技术的不断发展,恒流源也逐渐向着集成化的方向进步,集成化的恒流源也给恒流源带来了广阔的市场,现在我们所应用到的恒流源大部分都是集成化的恒流源。目前,对于传统的恒流源操作的繁琐性和其本身再改变电压时造成的在一定程度上的精度的不足,市场上大多都会使用智能电源,采用数字智能电源,可以从某种意义上解决上述一系列的缺陷,数字化的智能电源能很大程度上提高系统的稳定性和精确度,和解决产品一

5、致性等问题,还可以极大地提高效率。论文的主要论述了在大功率恒流源方面的一个经典的设计思路,对恒流源模块、功率放大电路、功率计算与显示模块和控制程序的实现均有较为详细的阐述,对使用的编程思路也有描述,从而比较详尽地叙述了整个大功率恒流源的相关事宜。关键词: 恒流源 功率放大电路 单片机 数控电源 IAbstractThe research work of this paper is based on the design of high-power constant current source.
