核磁共振1H化学位移图表质子类型化学位移值烷烃质子(1) -C-C-H d0.9~1.5 ppmd1.6~2.1 ppmd1.6~2.1 2.1(2) -C=C-CH -C≡C-CH (3)与N、S、C=O、-Ar相连 d2.0~2.5 ppm(4)与O、卤素相连 d3~4 ppm烯烃质子d4.5~8.0 ppm利用1H-NMR可有效确定双键的取代及构型dH=5.28+Zgem+Zcis+Ztrans炔烃质子不特征, d1.8~3.0 ppm ,与烷烃重叠,应结合IR解析芳烃质子1H-NMR信息非常特征 d6.5~8.0 ppm,未取代芳环d7.26 ppm,呈现单峰其它质子醛基 -CO-H d9.0~10.0d ppm羟基 R-OH d0.5~1.0ppm (稀溶液) d4~ 5.5 ppm (浓溶液) Ar-OH d3.5~7.7 ppm d10~16 ppm(分子内氢键) -COOH d10.5~13 ppm杂质峰种类:测试核磁的样品一般要求比较纯,并且能够溶解在氘代试剂中,这样才能测得高分辨率的图谱。
