7、ple of a162)The simulation example of b173.5 The summary of this chapter20Conclusion21Reference22Acknowledgement23基于HHT的10kv配电网单相接地故障定位的研究(山东农业大学 机械与电子工程学院)摘要:近年来,我国经济发展迅猛,高速发展的经济对供电质量和供配电可靠性提出了更加严格的要求,当配电网络发生故障时,运行人员应及时、准确地找出故障点并及时对故障进行排除,尽快恢复供电,以减小用户损失。我国配电网中,66kV及以下大都属于小电流接地系统,其故障的70%以上是单相接地故障。所以

8、,对配电网单相接地故障定位进行深入研究,迅速、及时、准确找出故障点,这有利于提高配电网供电可靠性和电能质量。本文首先对课题的背景意义进行介绍,对国内外配电网单相接地故障选线以及故障定位的研究动态及其发展趋势进行了总结,并对小电流接地系统出现单相接地故障后零序电流稳态分量和暂态分量特征进行了详细分析。另外,鉴于希尔伯特-黄变换即HHT分析方法处理复杂信号时的独特优势,本文提出用HHT分析方法对测点处线模电压波形突变点进行检测,进而得出故障行波到达测点的时刻,利用传统的双端行波测距法计算双端支路的故障距离,形成故障支路判定矩阵,通过故障支路判定矩阵来判断出故障区间,进而实现故障测距。最后通过Mat

10、evelopment, the distribution network is constantly evolving, and users put forward higher requirements for the reliability and quality of supplying power, once the distribution network has faulty,the operating personnel should find failure location,remove failure and restore power to users as soon a

In our country ,66kV and below distribution network mostly belongs to the small current grounding system,and the single-phase ground fault accounts for 70% of the small current grounding system fault. Therefore, researching deeply on single-phase ground fault locating of distribution net

12、work and identifying the point of failure rapidly and accurately has a very important significance to improve the reliability and quality of supplying power . This paper describes the background and significance of the subject, summarizes the domestic and international research dynamic and developme

13、nt trend which is about the single-phase to ground fault line selection and fault location of the distribution network and analyzes the zero sequence current steady-state component and temporary-state component features after the single-phase ground fault occurs in the small current grounding system

Secondly, this paper presented the transient zero-sequence current amplitude comparison method to select the faulty line on the basis of these studies, which is a good solution to line selection problem when the single-phase ground fault occurs in the small current grounding system. 15、he Hilbert - Huang Transform (HHT) analysis method has unique advantages to analyze the complex signal, this paper uses the Hilbert - Huang Transform analysis method to detect mutation point of line mode voltage waveforms of measuring point, and then acquires the moment that the fault traveling wave reaches the measuring point, uses the traditional
