2、.There are significant decreases in new infections and deaths, and we are making good progre in realizing our target of ensuring 15 million people have acce to antiretroviral treatment by 2023.This is crucial to halting and reversing the AIDS epidemic for good. 值此世界艾滋病日，我比以往任何时候都更为乐观。世界很多地区都加快了应对艾滋病
