The Sellers shall be liable for a

8、、由制造厂（卖方）签发的质量、数量证明书各两份。Certificate of Quality and Quantity, each in duplicate, issued by the manu facturers （sellers）.10. 包装证明：熏蒸证明并在外包装上加施IPPC标识（如为木箱包装）或非木质包 装证明。Packing Certificate:Beneficiarys certificatecertifyingthat the woodpackaging materials in this shipment have been treated and officially
9、 marked IPPC or ben eficiarys certificate of NO-WOOD pack ing materials.11. 装运通知：卖方在货物装运后，应在两天内将合同编号、商品名称、数量、毛重、 发票金额、和起运日期用传真通知买方。Shipping Advice: The Sellers shall within 2 days upon the completion of the loadi ng of the goods, advise by fax to the Buyers of the con tract No., commodity, qua ntity
10、, gross weight, i nv oiced value,a nd date of dispatch.12. 品质保证 Guarantee of Quality:保证货物系全新，未曾用过，并完全符合本合同规定的质量、规格和性能。The Sellers shall guara ntee that the goods are brand n ew, unu sed and corresp ond in all respects with the quality, specificati ons and performa nee as stipulated in this Con tract
11、.13. 检验和索赔 Inspection And Claims:在交货以前，制造厂应就订货的质量、规格、性能、数量/重量做出准确和全面的检 验，并出具货物和本合同规定相符的证明书。The manufactures shall before making delivery, make a precise and comprehensive inspection of goods as regards their quality, specifications, performance and quantity/weight, and issue certificates certifying
12、that the goods are in conformity with the stipulations of this Contract. The certificates shall form an integral part of the documents to be presented to the paying bank for negotiation /collection of payment but shall not be considered as final in respect of quality, specifications, performance and
13、 quantity/weight. Particulars and results of the test carried out by the manufacturers must be shown in a statement to be attached to the said Quality Certificate.14. 不可抗力 : 无论在商品制造或装运或转运期间 , 如有不可抗力事件发生 , 卖方 将不对由此而导致的逾期或不能交货负责。 但此时 , 卖方应立即将不可抗力事件通知 买方 , 并于通知后十四天内以传真方式向买方提供一份由不可抗力事件发生地权威 机构出具的不可抗力事件证
14、明。 卖方不能取得出口许可证不得作为不可抗力。 在这种 情况下 , 卖方仍有义务竭尽全力尽快交货。 如不可抗力事件持续超过十周 , 买方有权 撤销合同 , 买方在银行所支付的费用由卖方承担 .Force Majeure: The Sellers shall not be hold responsible for the delay in shipment or non-delivery of the goods due to Force Majeure, which might occur during the process of manufacturing or the course of
15、 loading or transit. The Sellers shall advice Buyers immediately of the occurrence mentioned above and within fourteen days thereafter, the Sellers should send by airmail to the Buyers for their acceptance a certificate of the accident issued by the Competent Government Authorities where the acciden
16、t occurs as evidence thereof. Seller s inability in obtaining export license shall not be considered as Force Majeure. Under such circumstances the Sellers, however, are still under the obligation to take all necessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods. In case the accident lasts for more than 10 weeks, the Buyers shall have right
