2、也意味着敲开了法律职业的大门。XX年3月经过几次面试后，我最终选择在一位有着十几年执业经历的律师身边做助理。最初几天我关键经过电话营销方法联络并预约潜在用户，随即接收指导律师交代的写书任务。我以平均天天两个专题的形式做着写书的工作，直至XX年8月22日该书基础定稿，我和指导律师合作撰写的这本书最最终XX年3月由上海财经大学出版社出版发行，书名为银行借款协议风险管理。即使拿到正式图书时意外的发觉没有我的署名，但我仍然珍爱自己的这份来之不易的劳动结果。担任律师助理3个半月后，我取得了申请律师执业人员实习证，在这之前我辅助指导律师办案及出庭全部使用律师助理的身份，今后和指导律师一起担任委托代理人则采
3、取实习律师的身份。实习期间，我参加办理的案件关键有：赵卫和上海爱迪技术发展有限企业劳动协议纠纷及民间借贷纠纷案、王丽佳和高智博其它全部权纠纷案、李洪华律师诉80家政府信息公开案、上海三萌实业有限企业破产清算案、上海苑园钢结构材料有限企业和上海富跃实业有限企业票据纠纷案、张帆和北京中投视讯文化传媒有限企业上海分企业劳动争议纠纷案、上海天丽国际旅行社有限企业和姜艳芳劳动争议纠纷案、朱跃明和立信会计出版社有限企业著作权侵权纠纷案、上海明鸿中小银行培训中心和立信会计出版社有限企业著作权协议纠纷案等等。经过办理各方面案件的经历，我掌握了撰写法律文书的基础技能，积累了参与庭审的实战经验，锻炼了和各部门协调
4、沟通的能力，最主要的是和办案当事人建立了良好的合作关系，全部的这一切全部将成为我以后从事律师执业的无形财富。在参加办理这些有偿法律服务的同时，我在110法律网站上注册为会员，利用平时工作之余无偿解答公众的法律咨问询题和一对一咨问询题。经过对每一个问题的解答，我深知自己在校所学法律知识的微薄。为了能够正确解答每一个法律问题，我特意购置了几本我感爱好的专业书籍，包含婚姻家庭纠纷案件律师业务、劳动争议仲裁实用手册、中国人身损害赔偿政策和法律实务实用工具箱和最新法律大全等等。尽管有了专业书籍的知识保障，但在过去短短的一年实习期间，我的实际办案数量并不多，实务经验还很欠缺，这些全部需要我在以后的执业生涯
