14、度18.90m,室内外高差0.450m,基础顶面距离室外地面1.1m,基础采用柱下独立基础。 该教学楼楼拥有教室、教学办公室,行政办公室、实验室、音乐教室、计算机房,合班教室等。楼内设有两个楼梯,楼梯开间均为3.6m,进深均为7.2m,楼梯的布置均符合消防、抗震的要求。框架梁、柱、楼面、屋面板板均为现浇。1.2设计资料场地面积:长宽= 6020m;最高气温:35 ;最低气温:-10;主导风向:冬季为西北风,夏季为东南风;基本风压:0.4kN/m2基本雪压:0.5kN/m2年降雨量:1450mm暴雨强度: 119mm/h场地地震效应:建筑物所在地区地震设防烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.1

15、5g。拟建场地土类型为中软场地土,类建筑场地,设计地震分组为第一组。建筑结构的安全等级:二级设计使用年限:50年环境类别:上部结构为I类,基础为a类 建筑抗震设防类别:丙类 1.3 工程特点 本工程为七层,主体高度为18.90米,属多层建筑。多层建筑采用的结构可分为钢筋混凝土结构、钢结构、钢-钢筋混凝土组合结构等类型。根据不同结构类型的特点,正确选用材料,就成为经济合理地建造多层建筑的一个重要方面。经过结构论证以及设计任务书等实际情况,以及本建筑自身的特点,决定采用钢筋混凝土结构。框架结构体系是由梁、柱构件通过节点连接构成,既承受竖向荷载,也承受水平荷载的结构体系。这种体系适用于多层建筑及高度不大的高层建筑。本建筑采用的是框架机构体系,框架结构的优点是建筑平面布置灵活,框架结构可通过合理的设计,使之具有良好的抗震性能;框架结构构件类型少,易于标准化、定型化;可以采用预制构件,也易于采用定型模板而做成现浇结构,本建筑采用的现浇结构。 由于本次设计是教学楼设计,要求有灵活的空间布
