1、、download 一个windows xp sp2英文版的操作系统镜像我是从电驴download的，给一个下载的链接http:/ 安装完成后，安装硬件驱动，这个时候可以看到中文都乱码了，不用着急，马上给出解决方法， 切忌此时不要急着去装中文的软件，会全部乱码的，并且以后也无法使用三、解决中文乱码问题1、打开 control panel2、单击下面图标Date. Time.
