10、尺)37m。第三组每m大于60kg,通常长(非定尺)35m。括号内型号为非标准产品,通常长度26m。线性感温探测器在电缆桥架、电缆隧道及其它电缆火灾区域应用在电厂企业和钢铁冶金企业动力、配电、控制、通信等方面的电缆遍布全厂,尤其 是电缆桥架、电缆隧道、电缆沟、电缆夹层等区域内电缆密集程度很高,火灾具有发展 速度快、扑灭困难的特点,另外由于这些电缆往往贯穿全厂,火灾易于蔓延,危害性很 大,因此这些场所应设置有效、可靠的火灾探测器。传统的点式火灾探测器在以上场所不容易安装,而缆式线型感温探测器是以上电缆架设场所的一种适宜的、可靠的报警系统,且安装方便。对于电缆区域的火灾探测,线型感温探测器可以采用

11、正弦波接触式敷设(动力电缆不需更换时)或水平正弦波悬挂敷设(动力电缆需更换或维护时)的 安装方式。采用正弦波敷设的安装方式,线型感温探测器安装在电缆托架或支架上时, 线型感 温探测器以正弦波方式铺设于所有被保护的动力或控制电缆的外护套上面,宜采用接触式敷设。探测器安装时使用专用的卡具固定,避免探测器受到应力而造成机械损伤。以正弦波接触式敷设的线型感温探测器的长度按下列公式确定:线型感温探测器的长度二 托架宽X倍率系数X 1.15,其中倍率系数按下表确定。线型感温探测器以正弦波方式安装在动力电缆上时, 其固定卡具的数目计算方法如 下:固定卡具数目二正弦波半波个数X 2+ 1。 正弦波接触式敷设方式具有火灾响应灵 敏度高的特点,但这种附设方式不利于被保护电缆的维护和检修,在实际工程安装应用时,考虑到抽换、添加、维护、检修动力电缆方便,采用将线型感温探测器水平正弦波 悬挂敷设的安装方式,但悬挂敷设的安装方式将降低对电缆火灾探测的灵敏度。线型感温探测器悬挂敷设的安装方式如下图所示。线型感温探测器采用水平正弦波悬挂敷设的安装方式时,为保证火灾探测的灵敏度 和有效性,要求悬挂敷设的线型感温探测器距被保护电缆
