It is specific tester that design and produced a
5、ccording to ASTM D445-06 ， and used for determination of kinematic viscosity of liquid petroleum products(refers to Newtonian liquids).本仪器具有计时试样运动时间，自动计算运动粘度的最终结果。本方法适用于测定液体石油产品 (指牛顿液体)的运动粘度， 其单位为 m2/s ，通常在实际中使用为 mm2/s 。动力粘度可由测得的运动粘度乘以液体的密度求得。 本方法是在某一恒定的温度下， 测定一定体积的液体在重力下流过一个标定好的玻璃毛细管粘度计的时间， 粘度计的毛细管
6、常数与流动时间的乘积，即为该温度下测定液体的运动粘度。 该温度下运动粘度和同温度下液体的密度之积为该温度下的动力粘度。The apparatus have the timing function of samples excises, and automatically calculate the final results of kinematic viscosity. 9、r friction between molecular called viscosity. 运动粘度：指在某一恒定温度下，测定一定体积的液体在重力下流过一个标定好的玻璃毛细管粘度计的时间， 粘度计的毛细管常数与流动时间的乘积， 即为该温度下测定液体的运动粘度。在温度t 时运动粘度用符号 Vt 表示。 Kinematic viscosity: Under a given hydrostatic temperature, test the time which a fixed volume of fluid flow through glass capillary viscometer, the

11、iquid density is the dynamic viscosity, it is indicates by the symbol “刀 t. 意义：粘度是绝缘油的重要指标之一，使用于变压器的绝缘油，在不影响油品其他指标（如闪点）的前提下，粘度尽可能的低一些为好，因为粘度越低，变压器的循环冷却效果越好； 同时粘度也是润滑油的最重要指标之一， 因为润滑油的牌号大部分是以油品标准中的运动粘度的平均值来区分的， 另外正确的选择一定粘度的润滑油， 可保证发电机和汽轮机组稳定可靠的运行状态， 粘度过大或过小都会改变发动机的功率， 增大燃料的消耗， 增加机器磨 Significance:visco
