9、梁安全施工专项方案一、编制依据（1）XXXXXX工程招、投标文件、工程量清单和施工图设计文件。（2）交通部及建设部颁发的有关技术标准、设计规范、规程等。（3）现场踏勘调查资料。（4）本单位现有的技术能力、机械设备、施工管理水平及多年来参与高速公路建设所积累的施工经验。适用范围：现浇预应力砼变截面连续箱梁（70+116+70）m施工。二、工程概况在本合同段第6联为变截面预应力砼整幅悬灌连续梁，连续梁处于直线段上。桥跨配置为（70+116+70）m悬灌连续梁，主墩21#里程为K10+583.7，主墩22#里程为K10+699.7。梁体为单箱双室，变高度、变截面结构。直腹板，箱梁顶宽22.25m，箱
10、梁底板宽度14.25m，两翼悬臂长4m。箱梁根部断面梁高7m，跨中和边跨现浇段梁高2.9m，箱梁梁高及底板尺寸均以1.8次抛物线变化。预应力连续箱梁混凝土强度等级为C55；压浆采用真空压浆，水泥强度与梁体砼等强度，浆内掺入阻锈剂；封锚采用强度等级为C55砼。预应力筋采用直径15.20mm的高强度低松弛钢绞线，抗拉标准强度Rby=1860Mpa，单根面积140mm2，弹性模量195000Mpa。纵向预应力锚固体系采用自锚式拉丝体系，张拉采用与之配套的机具设备；管道采用塑料波纹管。横向预应力锚固体系采用BM15-3(P)锚具及配套的支承垫板；管道形成采用5522mm扁形塑料波纹管成孔。竖向预应力筋
