4、状态。 青少年足球学校这个重要环节没人抓, 许多足球学校因为管理、 资金、 学生的 出路等问题而倒闭。 当前广大中小学的足球发展 更加薄弱, 基本上处于没有 统一管理的自发状态。 经过一系列的反思, 国家体育总局与教育部共同组建了全国青少年校园足球工作领导小组 。2009 年 10 月 14 日 ,全国青少年校园足球活动小学、 初中联赛开幕式在青岛举行, 从而普及了青少年足球运动的发展。本人对西安市参赛的 56 所中小学组 建的队伍比赛现场调查和访问,对西安市中小学校园足球联赛的开展状况及影响因素进行研究分析, 寻找出一个适合西安 市中小学校园足球联赛发展的道路, 促进西安市青少年足球运动的普
5、及和健康成长,这将是发展西安市足球运动的唯一出路。 本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查 法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对西安市中小学 校园足球联赛存在的问题进行分析 ,得出以下结论: 1.西安市 中小学 校园足 球联赛的 开展 不仅促 进了学生 强身健 体、提 高身体素质而且培养了学生的责任感、 吃苦耐劳、 团队精神和集体主义精神, 丰富了校园文化,扩大了足球基础。 2.西安市校园足球联赛参赛队伍的水平在一定程度上存在着差距, 无形中影响了西安市其它中小学参与校园足球联赛活动的积极性。 3.西安市足协和教育局相互配合, 两者之间的落实和贯彻, 还需要进一步加强协作,否侧难以有效地进行 校园足
6、球联赛的开展。 4.影响西 安市校园足球联赛的因素诸多, 如竞赛经费、 竞赛制度、 竞 赛形式、参赛家长对孩子参赛的态度以及教练员水平等等对校园足球联赛有着 重要的影响 。 关键词: 西安 市; 中小学; 校园足 球联赛; 开展现状; 影响 因素 I西安市 中小 学校 园足 球联 赛开展 现状 及影 响因 素的 研究 Abstract Along with our country football important event of failure in the world. the reason is that under the national system of Chinese Fo
7、otball Association, the main energy and money put into occupation League and country name team in the competition. In addition to catching the youth training game, youth and Amateur League basically is in a state of neglect. Youth Football School, this important link is not caught, many football sch
8、ools for management, funding, student employment were collapsed. The majority of primary and secondary development of football is more fragile, basically in the unified management of the initiative condition. After a series of reflections, the State Sports General Administration and the Ministry of
9、education set up a national youth campus football work leading group. On October 14, 2009, the national youth campus football activities in primary school, junior league tournament opening ceremony was held in Qingdao, which popularized the youth soccer movement development. The investigation and vi
10、sit on 56 cities participating schools formed a team of site in Xian The research and analysis about development status and influence factors in Xian City School Football League, I found a suitable path for Xian City School Football League development. Promoting Xian city youth soccer movement popul
