1、胃部手术后并发胆囊结石的临床分析目的：探讨胃部手术淋巴结清扫范围对胆囊结石的影响。方法：2000年1月至2010年12月期间既往胃部手术史的患者263例，其中211例患者行D1站淋巴结清扫（包括仅未行12组淋巴结清扫者D2的标准D2手术），并发胆囊结石患者17例；其中52例患者行D2站淋巴结清扫，并发胆囊结石患者14例；就淋巴结清扫范围对胆囊结石的影响进行对比分析。结果：在对进行胃部手术的患者进行随访的调查中，行D1站淋巴结清扫手术方式的患者发生胆囊结石为17例（8.1%），行D2站淋巴结清扫手术方式的患者发生胆囊结石为14例（27.0%）,胆囊结石形成的发病率是D2组高于D1组，两组相比有统
