14、,乒乓球运动很热,后来其运动方式稍加修改, 传入日本,而后来又传入中国和韩国。1971年4月6日,乒乓球曾经作为中美关系友好使者,为两国关系的发展做出了突出 的贡献。那时,美国的乒乓球队,在日本参加第31届乒乓球冠军赛事。他们惊奇地接受到 来自中国的邀请,费用全由中国承担。正如纽约时代杂志所说,乒乓球的声音回荡全球! 4 月10日,9名队员,4名官员,两对夫妇登上了香港连接大陆的桥梁,捧出了乒乓外交.他 们就是从1949年新中国成立以后,第一批踏上中国土地的人们。(略翻译)在我读中学的日子里,我常到活动室打乒乓球。我有些同学精于此道,我常与他们对抗 以提高自己的技术。我喜欢打乒乓球,因为打乒乓球不但能锻炼身体,对保护眼睛也有一定 的作用,特别是对学生来说更能预防近视.长时间的近距离看事物,两眼就会很累如果不休息 就会事我们的视力下降,使眼外肌肉压迫眼球,时间长就会造成近视。打乒乓球时,双眼以 球为目标,不停地左右上下调节运动,可以改善睫状肌的紧张状态,使其放松和收缩;眼外 肌也可以不断活动,促进眼球组织的血液循环,提高眼睛视敏度,消除眼睛疲劳,从而起到 预防近视的作用所以我很喜欢打乒乓球。建议同学们有时间就打打乒乓球!
