3、信息品质,包括信息能力(信息知识和技能)、信息道德、信息意识、信息觉悟、信息观念、信息潜能、信息心理等。信息素质是个综合意义的概念,它不仅蕴涵着个体具备的,带有客观性、发掘和利用社会信息源的基本技能,还包括了个体最基本的更具有主观性的认识和判断信息的基本品质。Information literacy is the information industry development and the social informationization in the process of a noun.
