2、应链合作关系的定义、供应链合作的重要性。2、理解客户关系管理的内涵及其功能、供应商关系管理的含义;理解准时采购与传统采购在流程 及思维方面的差异。3、掌握供应链管理的概念、特征及结构模式;掌握供应链合作伙伴的选择、供应链企业之间合作 的策略模式;掌握采购的定义、过程及其模式,供应链环境下的采购与传统采购的区别;掌握供 应链管理环境下的生产计划与控制的特点;掌握库存管理的基本知识等。4、熟练掌握供应链管理环境下采购和销售运作方式。三、实验准备计算机、服务器、In ternet和供应链管理教学软件。四、实验内容和步骤1. 视频介绍供应链管理的发展2. 了解MRP,ERP,MIT,JIT等一些基本概
