3、对有关资料的查阅，并以同类型产品为 参照，先绘制机械运动传动系统的方案草图，再合理地选择各个机构的有关参数，逐步完 成零部件的参数计算和设计，以求能达到总体配合的最大效果，最后精确绘制有关的零 件并标明参数。糖果包装机属于食品类产品包装机，按照包装的形式有折叠式包裹、扭结式包裹两大类。这种包装机一般采用卷盘式包装材料，在主机上实现包装材料分切、包裹及封 口工序。本次设计的糖果包装机属于折叠式包裹，它广泛应用于中小型糖果生产企业，自动 化程度较高，既可以完成单层或多层纸的包装，也可以包装多种形状的硬糖或软糖，包 装方法简单美观，结实牢靠，消费者使用方便。本课题利用先进的机械手转位实现包装， 供纸
4、机构送纸准确，并对执行机构进行了工作循环分析。另外，本课题除了对巧克力的 包装进行设计外，还对巧克力的装盒以及装箱等进行了设计。主要是采用机械式传动控 制机构，考虑自动机工艺条件的变化，采用无级调速，使自动机的生产率为70130件 /min。目前国外糖果包装机太多采用机械传动式。因为连杆、凸轮机构一经调整后，就 能严格保证动作的可靠性，并且能实现比较复杂的动作。关键词：巧克力，包装机，机械手，供纸机构，工作循环Desig n of mecha ni cal system of sphericalchocolate packag ing producti on lineAbstractWith
