The title is “How do you get to school?”.l. This is an important lesso

3、n in this book . And its the first lesson of this unit. Unit3 has a close relationship with the preceding units and the later ones. Unit2 is about the time to go to school. This unit is about the way to go to school. The topics of this unit are means of transportation .3. 说教学对象The analysis of the st

4、udentsThe students have already known how to express time in English in unit2,they also have known some everyday activities,After this lesson,they can use English to express their ways to go to school and can communicate their ways of going to school with others. Many of them are interested in this

5、topic.4. 说教学目标和要求Teaching aims and demands 1)知识目标 Aims of the knowledge a. vocabulary:train,bus,subway,ride, walk,bikeb. phrase:ride a bike,take the trainbus subway,on footc. sentence structure:-How do you get to school? -I take the bus to school .-How does she get to school? -She takes the train to

I design some tasks to help the students learn. I think if I want to im

9、prove the students oral English, I should give them enough chances to practice and I will use pair work, group work to let the students take an active part in all kinds of activities. That is “Learning by doing, learning by using”. Make the Ss the real masters in class while the teacher himself acts

10、 as the director and bring their ability into full play. Let the students be the masters of the class teaching, thus, student-centered teaching method is well shown. 三、说学法 Learning methods1. Teach Ss how to be successful language learners and how to communicate with others. I will use a leading pape

11、r to help the students to learn.2. Teach Ss how to learn by themselves independently. I will use Changsha style to teach the students how to learn by themselves and learn in groups. I will divide them into several groups, in each group I will call students A, B or C, give them different tasks. If th

12、ey can finish my task , I will give them some points. Thus the students take an active part in my lesson.3. Get the Ss to form good learning habits.四、说教学过程Teaching proceduresStep I. When they show themselves they are improving.Step V.检测反馈 Self check The purpose is to check the content the students have learnt in t

15、his lesson.Step VI. Summary and homeworkThe purpose is to give the students a clear idea of how to express their ways of going to school. Homework is so important and necessary for Ss to master the knowledge they learnt after class.Step VII .Blackboard design Unit 3 How do you get to school?
