13、尹贯需，负责现场质量管理工作；质检组随时辅助检查、指导质量监督、管理工作的落实情况。2、现场安排专职测量员一名，王猛，负责现场测量等工作；其他测量工作由测量组完成。3、现场一名专职安全员，刘卫东，负责现场的安全监督、管理工作。4、计划开工日期：2010年8月25日计划竣工日期：2010年10月25日施工机构图：项目经理项目总工生产经理 试验员安全员测量员施工员试验室安全部测量组质检组四、墩柱、肋板施工方法1、施工放样承台、系梁施工后，采用全站仪准确放出墩柱中心坐标。2、钢筋加工与安装施工方法钢筋加工：采用常规绑扎钢筋施工。钢筋在加工场地集中加工，加工前应对钢筋进行检验，合格后才能使用。严格按设
14、计图纸进行钢筋加工，加工好的钢筋按规格、长度、编号堆放整齐，并注意防雨防锈。钢筋在使用前将表面油渍、漆皮、鳞锈等清除干净。I级钢筋采用调直机调直。钢筋的纵向焊接采用闪光对焊，当进行对焊有困难时采用双面搭接焊。焊接时使两接合钢筋轴线一致，双面焊焊缝不小于5d，单面焊焊缝不小于10d，焊缝要平整、避免烧伤主筋。主筋焊条采用E4303等级及其以上强度等级焊条。焊接接头要做试件，并经试验检验合格后方可用于骨架焊接。受力筋焊接接头设置在内力较小处，并错开布置，在接头区段内同一钢筋不得有两个接头。配置在接头区段内的受力钢筋，其接头的截面面积不得大于总截面面积的50%。在同一根钢筋上要尽量少设接头。箍筋采用
15、绑扎固定，要达到绑扎结实、无松动，间距均匀。构造筋采用点焊方法连接，防止骨架在运输过程中发生变形。骨架加工完成后，存放时要在骨架下部设置托架并在上部覆盖彩条布或塑料布以防潮、防锈。注意托架间距布置，避免使骨架产生变形。钢筋骨架纵向主筋采用搭接焊连接，接头处的弯折不得大于4，轴线偏移不得大于0.1倍的钢筋直径，同时不得大于2mm，经检验合格后绑扎；成型后各根纵向筋间距应一致，且都平行于钢筋骨架纵向轴线。3、模板工程：模板施工前，先利用测量放样的纵横轴线定出其中心点，并且以中心点划出墩柱外轮廓线。为确保墩柱外观质量，保护层统一采用塑料垫块。桥梁墩柱模板采用一模到顶的定型钢模，模板使用前应进行多次打磨，确保光洁度，先进行试拼，确保模板拼缝严密、平整。全部处理完后，仔细检查，确保光滑发亮后，涂上新机油，再用海绵均匀擦抹一遍，马上拼装模板。模板拼接时在接缝内夹海绵条，凸出部分用小刀片削平，确保灌注砼时不会出现漏浆现象。模板周边用1010方木支撑顶
