3、 步骤二17参考文献18总结19摘要机床夹具是零件加工工艺装备的重要组成部分,完成对工件的定位和夹紧,直接影响工件的加工质量。常见机床夹具一般分为定位元件、夹紧装置、连接元件、对刀或引导元件、其他元件和夹具体等几个部分,结构较为复杂,对于实践知识缺乏的学生来说,单靠教材及教师的课堂讲解仍然理解不透彻,为解决此问题,学校购置了一套典型机床夹具的教具,用于课堂教学与实验教学。为完善配套资料,提高教具的应用效果和实验效率,特提出此课题。我们对教具中的铣床夹具、车床夹具、钻床夹具几类机床夹具先进行了拆卸前的记录、拆卸、测量、UG制图等工作,而后应用UG软件完成了虚拟建模,利用虚拟装配的装配动画功能,可

4、将夹具的各零部件装配顺序用动画演示出来。本课题的主要内容分为四个部分。首先是机床夹具的设计原理,通过对第一章的学习我们能够了解到夹具的组成和功能,掌握工件在夹具中的定位,了解典型的机床夹具,掌握现有夹具的基本分类,了解夹具典型的夹紧机构,这些都是设计、分析和合理选用机床夹具的基础。然后是第二章中提到的关于本课题下研究的学校机床夹具教具的一些准备工作及工艺和装配分析,包括机床夹具拆装、测量中常使用的工量具的准备、机床夹具教具的拆前准备、拆装方法和注意事项、记录工作步骤、设备的拆卸、设备的测量、设备的装配、机床装配工艺分析。接着就是UG软件的介绍,通过对第三章的学习我们可以了解到UG软件的简介、特

5、点、相比较其他三维造型软件的优势、以及在本课题下的应用过程,较为直观的学习UG软件的装配动画的制作过程。最后是第四章中关于UG软件的应用,也就是在本课题下利用UG软件完成所留任务的具体步骤,更为直观的了解在本课题下就UG软件应用的过程和所用的功能。以上就是本课题研究的方向及所做的工作,通过本课题的研究及所做成果可以清晰表达出各零件的装配关系,对于缺乏实践知识的学生们可以直观查看夹具的各部分零部件,完善了教学资料,为夹具的教学提供很大帮助。关键词:钻床夹具 结构原理 装配工艺 UG 装配动画IAbstractMachine tool fixture is an important part of

8、ng and experimental teaching. To improve supporting information, to improve the application effect of AIDS and experimental efficiency, put forward this topic. We in AIDS milling clamp, lathe, drilling jig for the several types of machine tool fixture remove the former record, disassembly, measureme

9、nt, UG drawings, such as work, and then using UG software to complete the virtual modeling, virtual assembly animation function of the assembly fixture can be the assembly sequence with an animated demo out components. The main content of this subject is divided into four parts. First is the design

10、principle of machine tool fixture, and through the first chapter of learning we can learn about the components and functions of the fixture, grasp the workpiece in the fixture positioning, understand the typical machine tool fixture, master the basic classification of existing fixture, understand th

11、e typical fixture clamping mechanism, these are the basis of the design, analysis and reasonable selection of machine tool fixture. Then is mentioned in the second chapter about this topic research under the school of machine tool fixture and some of the preparation and analysis of process and assem

12、bly, including machine tool fixture ready to tear open outfit, measure often used by workers gauge, machine tool fixture AIDS preparation method and the matters needing attention in assembling and disassembling, recording work steps, equipment, measurement equipment, removal of equipment assembly, m

13、achine tool assembly process analysis. Then there is the introduction of UG software, and through the study we learn in chapter 3 of the UG software introduction, features, advantages compared to other 3 d modeling software, as well as the application process under this topic, more intuitive to lear

14、n UG software assembly animation production process. The last in the fourth chapter is about the application of UG software, which is under this topic retained by using UG software to complete the task of the specific steps, in this topic more intuitive understanding of the process and the function

15、of UG software applications.
