1、Unit one My new teacher教学目标:1、能听说认读,并理解本课的五个新单词:young old kind funny strong2、能掌握句型Whos your ?Whats he /she like ?并能在具体的语境中运用。3、培养学生热爱、尊敬老师的情感。重点:学生学会运用基本句型,并结合这些句子表达的情境,学会恰当应用 old,short,thin,tall,strong。等单词来描述人物特点。难点:运用所对话情景,让学生进入学习状态。并学会运用所学的形容词描述人物。教学过程:Step1 Lead-in T: We have many teachers, righ

Whats he like?难点:掌握本课的重点单词及词组:principal, university student, strict, smart, active教学过程:Step1:Lead-in练习pair work内容,巩固本单元新句型:Whats he/she like? 和Part A所学形容词young/funny/heavy/kind/old/short/thin以及职业名词English teacher/Art teacher/Science teacher等, 以作适当补充和扩展。Step2:用图片展示校务会议场景。认识出

10、席的各科教师,运用Pair work 中的对话形式:Whos that man/woman? Hes/Shes . Whats he/she like? He/She is .然后引到(严肃的)Principal. T: Whos that man? 引出新词principal,带读。展示(微笑的)principal 和带着一个博士帽的university student 的合影,以清华大学为背景,用纸遮住university student 的头,让学生猜principal边上的谁,在猜的过程中可复习一些人物称谓的单词。如son/brother/friend/student等,引出新词uni

11、versity student带讲读,最后比较两幅图上principal的不同表情。T: Is she kind? Is she strict? 引出新词strict。Step3: Group work根据对话,师生回答: Whos that young lady? Is she pretty/strict/kind? 然后小组竞赛,分角色朗读。Step4: Consolidation1、让学生听Read and write.部分的对话。2、以小组为单位自学对话。3、让学生完成文后练习。Step5: HomeworkFinish the following exercises.练习:一、翻译下
