3、 26摘 要本文主要方式是结合幼儿园和家庭双方教育目标的要求，以访谈法，问卷法为主要的研究方法，辅助方法为文献法，观察法，重点在于梳理教师与家长对于沟通责任的认识程度、家长对于沟通内容的了解程度、家长对于沟通方式的掌握状况、家长对于沟通准备活动重要性的认识程度。分析沟通中为什么会存在这样的问题，提出相应的教育建议，包括家长、教师与幼儿园三个方面。家长方面是要与教师相互尊重，信任教师；重视沟通，主动沟通；家长要不断积累相关的知识；学会使用一定的沟通技巧。教师方面是与家长要保持民主平等的关系；在日常生活中要重视、并且深入地与家长沟通；掌握良好的沟通技巧。幼儿园方面是拓展教师与家长的沟通渠道；加强园
4、本培训体系。在理论层面上，研究家园沟通有利于教师与家长都能够获得理论上的提升；在实践层面上，研究家园沟通有利于教育教学资源的充分利用、有利于产生教育合力，促进幼儿的发展，同时也有利于教师教育教学工作的开展。关键词： A幼儿园；家园沟通；现状调查ABSTRACTThe main method is to combine the requirements of kindergarten and family education objectives, interview method and questionnaire method as the main research methods.
