1、摘要企业业务流程重组（BPR）是当前国内管理学界和实业界密切关注的热点课题之一、在九十年代达到全盛的一种管理思想。它强调以业务流程为改造对象和中心、以关心客户的需求和满意度为目标、对现有的业务流程进行根本的再思考和彻底的再设计，利用先进的制造技术、信息技术以及现代化的管理手段、最大限度地实现技术上的功能集成和管理上的职能集成，以打破传统的职能型组织结构(Function-Organization)，建立全新的过程型组织结构（Process-Oriented Organization），从而实现企业经营在成本、质量、服务和速度等方面的戏剧性改善。它的重组模式是：以作业流程为中心、打破金字塔状的组
2、织结构、使企业能适应信息社会的高效率和快节奏、适合员工参与企业管理、实现企业内部上下左右的有效沟通、使企业具有较强的应变能力和较大的灵活性。20世纪80年代以后，人们开始将采购和物流管理作为企业取得竞争优势的根本能力之一。说到底，企业的竟争就是企业产品的成本、质量、服务和速度的竟争。而采购和物流管理工作的好坏直接影响到企业产品的成本、质量、服务和速度，采购和物流控制流程又是采购和物流管理工作好坏的重要保证，尤其对一家制造业企业来说更是如此。采购管理理工作的的重点是是采购物物品的质质量、价价格和交交付；物物流控制制工作的的重点是是产品的的出入库库、库存存的管理理和产品品的交付付。ZFF公司是是一
3、家合合资公司司，绝大大部分零零件是从从国外进进口采购购而来（CKDD件），只三个个压铸零零件是自自行加工工（而毛毛坯依然然是进口口的），所谓的的制造也也仅仅是是组装而而言。因因此采购购和物流流在ZFF公司的的作用可可想而知知。本文通过过对ZFF公司现现有的采采购和物物流控制制流程进进行根本本的再思思考和彻彻底的再再设计，目的是是实现企企业经营营在成本本、质量量、服务务和速度度等方面面的戏剧剧性改善善；并分分析这次次的流程程重组的的好处、可能出出现的阻阻力及对对策，以以及在流流程重组组中应注注意的几几个问题题，希望望别的企企业在进进行采购购和物流流控制流流程BPPR时能能够从中中得到一一些的启启
