3、益激烈的国内和国外竞争，为了更好地生存与发展，我国民营企业正在加速转型或壮大，自然无法避免地存在着来自筹资、经营、投资的财务风险。而加强对企业财务风险的管控和对策分析成了民营企业继续发展的必要条件。本文首先客观地描述了民营企业的财务风险管控现状及其成因，并对此探讨了应对财务风险的对策，就个人观点对民营企业的财务风险，以天舟文化为例提出了相关看法，并估计了天舟文化可能会因为产业链布局和跨行业投资引发企业的经营风险，最后在此基础上着重强调了民营企业需要加强财务风险管控的重要性。本文的主要创新体现在选取了民营企业天舟文化为例，通过天舟文化近四年的财务报表数据，以天舟文化的两次游戏并购为核心阐述了天舟
4、文化转型中存在的财务风险，从投资筹资角度论述其带来的经营风险，进而从财务风险角度为中国经济大环境下民营企业的生存和发展提出相关建议。关键词：民营企业；财务风险；风险管控AbstractThe development of private enterprises in China is directly related to the speed and quality of national economic growth, while the financial risk control of enterprises directly affects the continuous operat
