5、people to travel around the city( to and from work or study), you know, the wider roads, the new larger buses and excellent taxi service and things like that. However, there are also some negatives changes which are really like a pain in the neck for almost everyone. For instance, the cost of living
6、 is much higher than before, the renting, the food, almost everything. You know, you would not be able to get a nice pair of shoes without spending over 300RMB nowadays, its almost 3 time more expensive compared with 5 years ago. Thats why Im afraid of going shopping for clothing nowadays. Worse sti
7、ll, people have become more indifferent / apathetic. It seems like all they concern about is themselves. I really miss the good old days when people were willing to help each other whenever needed. Im still happy that my hometown has become a better place to live in. But I just wish that all the good things will remain the same although I know its not quite possible.
