7、ur parties).Article .Rights and ObligationsI. The rights of Party As Repub1. Party A shall superviseParty B in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People China, the National Postdoctoral Work Coordination Commission and HUST.2. If Par
8、ty B violates national laws, makes serious mistakes, causes significant adverse effects to Party A, or fails to fulfill periodic tasks during the period of employment, Party A shall give party B the corresponding treatments from deducting allowance to the dismissal depending on the seriousness of th
9、e case.II. The obligations of Party AParty A shall, if permitted by national laws and the university conditions, provide Party B with the affirmtory post, living conditions and service, and safeguard according to law the rights of Party B.III. The rights of Party B1. In accordance with the Postdocto
10、ral Management Regulations of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Party B shall enjoy the remuneration and treatment as described initem.(1) RMB/year provided by Party A ， RMB/ year provided by Party C, RMB / year provided by Party D,and free medical care in school;(2) The remuneration an
11、d related treatment (including medical insurance) shall be provided by the original unit where Party B belongs to.2. Treatment of housing shall be executed as in item.(1) Party A shall provide postdoctoral rental apartment (sign an agreement)，(2) 1,000RMB Accommodation Allowance;(3) Party A shall no
12、t provide postdoctoral rental apartments and Accommodation Allowance.3. Party B shall enjoy other working and living conditions which Party C (Party D) has committed to provide.IV. The obligations of Party B1. To conscientiously abide by the relevant laws and regulations of China; to comply with the
13、 rules and regulations of Party A, and to protect the legal rights of Party A at work.2. Party B shall guarantee the full-time work during the term of employment, complete the employment objectives and tasks (refer to Appendix), and accept supervision, assessment and management from Party A.3. Durin
14、g the employment term, the teaching and scientific research achievements of Party B shall be categorized as job achievements, and the right of attribution belongs to Party A. Party B shall promise that the relevant papers which Party B publishes shall sign both names of Party A and Party B (Party A
15、must be signed as the first author afsfi liation). When Party B declares the rewards, patents and scientific research projects and funds, Party A must be signed as the first applicants affiliation.Party B is committed to confidentiality obligations to the above research work and achievements.V. The
16、obligations of Party C(Party D)1. Commissioned by Party A, Party C (Party D) has the obligation to supervise and assess Party Bs completion of objectives and tasks, and to instantly communicate with Party A and Party B about related matters.2. After the expiration of Party Bs employment term, if Party C(Party D) needs to extend the Party Bs employment du
