4、专业 : 通信工程专业 学 号 : 042027106 指 导 教 师: 李艳萍教授 完 成 日 期: 中北大学分校Taiyuan Institute of Technology摘 要煤炭产业是我国的支柱产业,在国民经济中占有重要的地位。矿井安全是煤炭产业健康有序发展的重要保证。由于煤炭资源特殊的生产环境,经常发生瓦斯爆炸、火灾、塌方等重大灾害,严重地制约着煤矿安全的生产。而且,我国矿区分布较为分散,多处于丘陵山区,信息传递很不方便。为了有效的监控和管理煤矿的安全状态,必须远距离、准确、及时地对企业的矿井安全进行不间断的监控。因此,利用高科技开发远程监控系统,以实现对矿井安全的自动监控,同时加

5、大煤矿管理部门对矿井安全的管理力度。多年来,我国小型地方煤矿事故频繁出现,许多政府责令关闭的煤矿还在肆无忌惮地运营,政府部门对这些煤矿不能达到实时监控,究其原因,主要是大部分地方煤矿坐落在边远地区,布点分散、规模小、年产量低、服务年限短,用传统的组网手段存在投资大、施工布线不方便等难以克服的弊端,所以政府不能用先进的通讯手段去监控这些煤矿,给煤矿经营者带来可乘之机。因此,本文提出了一种基于GPRS(General Packet Radio Service)的无线远程监控系统。在以基于GPRS 无线远程监控系统架构的基础上,设计了瓦斯防爆的无线远程监控系统,并对其作了一些探讨和研究。具体内容如下

6、:该系统以GPRS 网络作为远程信号的传输平台。首先对GPRS 网络体系结构和工作原理以及网络协议及其程序实现作了详细的讲解,并且对比了GPRS 和GSM 网络的通信方式和优缺点。由于通信的建立、数据的接受和发送是通过AT 指令来实现的,因此简单介绍了常见的AT 指令及其使用方法。其次,我们介绍系统的硬件设计,对主要硬件无线模块MC35 和MSP430F149 单片机及其外围电路设计进行了重点详细的讲述。硬件的设计主要分为两个部分监控中心站和远程监控分站,重点介绍远程监控分站的硬件设计和系统组成。接着我们介绍了系统的软件设计,主要包括监测中心站软件设计和远程监控分站软件设计。并且对设计过程中的

7、难点进行详细介绍和分析。论文结合GPRS 远程无线监控系统设计出一套基于GPRS的煤矿安全监控系统,并给出了此系统应用领域的一些探讨和研究关键词 远程监控;GPRS;AT 指令;MSP430 单片机;协议;Design of Wireless Monitoring Control System of Coal Mines Based on GPRSAbstractThe coal industry is the pillar industry of our country, occupying the important position in the national economy.The

Therefore, making use of the high technology development remote moni

10、toring system, we can carry out to the mineral well the auto monitor of the safety supervision, and enlarge the coal mine management section to the mineral well safety of management strength.Frequent accident happened in local small coal mine for the past many years. Some which was ordered to shut d

11、own is still in operation. The government can not to monitor them in real time. Of course, there have many reasons. But the most important is a majority of the coal mines are built in remote and mountain areas, scattered, small ,low volume and the length of service is not long. The traditional netwo

12、rk installation need too much capital and the constraction is difficult, so the local government can not to monitor them with advanced means of communication.So in this paper we present a wireless remote monitor control systembased on GPRS. Based on this system we design a remote monitor control sys

13、tem based on GPRS for avoiding the gas exploding, and present some discussions and investigation in applying field. The detailed content is as following:In this system GPRS network is a medium for transmitting the remote signal. First it presents detailed explanation of GPRS networks system structur

14、e and the communication principle and network protocols with the program code and contrast the communication mode, merits, and shortcoming between GPRS and GSM. Because of setting up the channel forcommunication, transmitting and receiving data is realized by using AT command; it presents the famili

15、ar AT command and using method. Then we introduce the hardware design of the system and expatiate on the main hardware MC35 and microchip MSP430F149 MCU with peripheral circuit in detail. The design of the system hardware mainly includes two parts: the monitoring center and the remote monitoring sta

16、tion, we emphasis on the hardware design and construction of the remote monitoring station. Then we introduce the software design of the system, it mainly includes the monitoring center software and the remote monitoring station software in design of system software. And we introduce and analyze the difficulties during the system d
