10、AL JOB TIME .05三:仿真结果(图和数值)进行交流扫描如下面图所示1. 增益约为-176.0202.频率为10Khz时,输入电阻为2.6177K3.频率为10KHz时,输出电阻34.833欧姆4上限频率3.8779M5.下限频率为120.864Hz三:器件的参数设计值。1.Q2N2222的自身参数为2.电容耦合方式:由于级间耦合方式是阻容耦合,电容对直流有隔离作用,所以两级的静态工作点是彼此独立、互不影响的。3.输入、输出电阻的测量该放大电路的输入电阻即第一级共射电路的输入电阻;输出电阻即第二级共集电路的输出电阻。Ri= Ri1= Rb11/ Rb12/r be1+(1+1) Re14.分压式偏置Rb11和Rb12分直流电压,考虑到输入电阻,Rb2取17K,Rb1取57K5.输出电阻输出电阻与Rb2,Re2有关,要求35欧姆,并考虑到增益,进行调节,故Rb2 取90K,Re2取7K五:总结通过这个实验,我深入了解了pspice的使用,包括原理图的绘制和仿真。
