3、存和汇编本学位论文。 保 密 ， 在 年解密后适用本授权书。本学位论文属于 不保密 。 学位论文作者签名： 指导教师签名： 日期：2009年10月25日 日期：2009年10月25日摘 要本文从我国企业目前库存管理中存在的主要问题出发进行分析，对国内外企业库存管理和优化的研究现状和发展趋势进行了概述，从而提出本文的研究问题，指出本文的研究方法和研究内容。接着详细地阐述了有关库存管理的基本理论，分析了它们特点并作了相应的比较；通过研究备件的基本特征和现有备品备件的分类方法，分析各种分类方法的缺陷和优点，为研究备件库存模式和控制策略提供了分类依据。然后详细分析了金东电站备品备件库存系统的特点及其影
4、响因素，先后运用传统ABC分类法、备件三维ABC分类法，综合考虑电站备件的专业用途、关键程度、价值高低、需求模式及电站的设备维修模式，对电站备件进行了分类，并从供应模式、库存模式、订货模型等多方面给出了库存控制策略。最后从备件主数据的更新完善、备件的订货提前期、专用标准备件和工艺简单件供应商的信息收集、及标准备件供应商寄售库存策略等方面对电站备件库存优化管理进行了适当的补充。同时，本文通过对金东电站备品备件库存系统的研究，有助于改进金东电站的库存管理系统，也为电站进一步降低成本寻找新的利润源，同时也为其它类似背景下企业电站的备件库存管理问题提供一种新思路。关键词：金东纸业，备品备件，库存管理，
5、ABC分类法ABSTRACTThis article analyzes the main problems on the inventory management in enterprises in China nowadays. Sums up the current research and development tendency optimization for the inventory management domestic and foreign enterprises, and then point out the main research aims and contents
6、 and research methods. Then make a detail description about some kinds of the inventory management basic theory, and analyze each theorys characteristics and make the comparison. By analyzing the basic characteristics of spare parts and the present methods of spare parts classification, and analyze
7、the advantages and the disadvantages of the present methods, providing the evidence for the spare parts inventory model and control strategy. And then make a detail analysis the characteristics of Gold East Paper power plant spare parts inventory system and its influence factors. Using the tradition
8、al classification of ABC analysis，three- dimensional classification of ABC analysis for the spare parts, at the same time considering the power plant spare parts professional purposes, key points, the values high or low, demand model and maintenance mode, based on the above view and make the classif
9、ication for the power plant spare parts, and provides the control tactics from the view of supply model, inventory model and the order model. Finally, make an appropriate supplement for the Power station spare parts inventory optimization management from the main data update, advanced order period f
10、or spare parts, technology-specific standard spare parts,information collection for suppliers of simple technics spare parts and the strategy for the standard spare parts suppliers consignment inventory. At the same time,this article will help improve inventory management system for Gold East Paper
11、power plants and find a new source of profit to cut costs further.
