Each string sh

5、all be fitted with test ends and filled with water supplied through tankers. 7、ater filling pump.To let air in the pipe vent out completely, water shall be filled at lower point and air shall be vented at high point of tested pipe. 2.2 Pipe Test 2.2.1 Preparation of Pressure Test All the temporally facilities connected with pipe shall be inspected All the instruments have been

8、 calibrated (pressure gauges, ambient and pipe thermometers.Water purity.Test headers have been pre-tested.2.2.2 Pressurization Test Pressurization test shall be performed in three phases as follows: 1150% Pt75% PtTime (h)Pt4In the chart:Pt is test pressurel The First Phase:Pressurization test shall

9、 be performed with pressure test pump which the constant rate not exceeding 2 bars/min, and stop pressurization till pressure reach 50% of test pressure. Stabilization of pressure shall be held for 15 minutes, and continue pressurize after checking the tested pipe without abnormal status. l The Seco

10、nd Phase: The constant rate should not exceed 2 bars/min, and the pressure stop when reach 75% of the test pressure. Stabilization of pressure shall be held for 15 minutes, and continue pressurize after checking the tested pipe without abnormal status. l The Third Phase:When the pressure reach 100%

11、of test pressure, pressurization shall be stopped and held for 4 hours minimum.2.2.3 Acceptance criteria:The hydrostatic test shall be considered as positive if pressure has kept a constant value throughout the test duration.2.3 TerminationAfter the positive result of testing and all the data have b

12、een gathered, the test shall be terminated upon written approval given by the Company. The pipeline shall be slowly depressurised at a moderate and constant rate as instructed by Company. Subsequent operations such as dewatering, installation of sectionalising valves, pre-commissioning checks and co

13、mmissioning shall be carried out as per the applicable specifications enclosed with the Contract.All thermocouples installed in the pipeline shall be removed and damaged coating shall be repaired using Company approved materials and procedure.In the event of failure, the pipe / section removed from

14、the installed pipeline shall be kept aside and preserved for further investigation of the reasons for failure.After successful testing the ends of the pipeline section shall be capped and buried unless immediate tie-in is carried out. The location of the ends shall be marked on ground by installing

15、markers.3.0 HSEl During testing operation, Contractor shall ensure that adequate measures are taken to safe guard all personnel and equipment working in close proximity to the testing operations and to safe guard the general public.
