2、要激活历史这两个目的，已成 为广西几个城市建设中目前面临的一。个突出问题。特别是，南宁和梧州等几个广西城 市F在努力争取成为国家的“历史文化名城”，因此，对以“骑楼”建筑为特色的广 西城市传统风貌街区成功的保护和改造及其预期研究，就显得尤其重要。 从城市设计角度进行分析，对城市骑楼街区的保护意义及面临的问题，通过对广 西南宁、梧州两个城市的骑楼街区的历史沿革和文化成因的研究，论证历史 骑楼 街 区有历史文化遗产价值，特色景观艺术价值，使用功能价值，对社会及文化有着重要 意义，因此提出了保护与改造的必要性，并通过两个城市骑楼街区改造具体实例，提 供了可持续发展的历史城区改造原则与对策，作为今后设
