3、展中，而烟草物流是烟草行业的核心业务，实现烟草物流的“不可替代性”既是“卷烟上水平”的需要，也是保证行业持续健康发展的需要，但目前烟草物流方面还存在着较多的问题需要我们进一步研究。本文依托烟草企业配送中心实际项目，以实用性、系统柔性、可靠性、示范性和可拓展性为原则，以系统仿真为设计保障，对烟草企业提供的基础资料进行系统的研究，并对企业现实中的具体需求进行了详细的分析，通过对业务数据的处理、业务流程的归纳总结，根据烟草物流行业的最新技术发展和以往的施工经验，制定出具体的设计需求、工艺流程和物流量分析结果。再通过对各个区域及整体的作业能力和效率计算，依据核心设计理念，得出了配送中心的总体规划设计方
4、案以及区域规划设计方案。本文的主要内容如下：1、详细分析了国内外在配送中心和系统仿真方面的发展研究现状，对烟草行业背景进行了较为深入的调查。发现现在的烟草配送中心缺乏完整的理论体系，在配送中心的整体规划方面的研究还是有欠缺的。2、根据配送中心提供的基础资料，提出了配送中心的整体设计需求，通过详细的研究与计算，分析设计出了满足企业要求的配送中心总体规划设计方案。3、对配送中心内部仓储区域设计方案进行了详细的阐述，分析了区域内部的动线情况和人员具体配置情况。4、对配送中心内部备货及分拣区域的两套设计方案进行了详细描述和对比，得出了更优方案，给出了区域内部的流程、动线、分拣线路、人员配置等情况。5、

7、bacco distribution center project, and the principles of the article are practicality, system flexibility, reliability, exemplary and scalability. The security of the design is system simulation.system simulation.The article did systematically study on the basis of information provided by the tobacc
8、o companies and analyzed the enterprises specific needs in reality. According to the detailed analysis of business data, the summarize of the business process, the tobacco logistics industrys latest technological developments and construction experience, we developed the specific design requirements
9、, process and the analysis results of the logistics amount. And then through the calculation of the various regions and the overall operating capacity and efficiency, basing on the core design concept, we drew the design of overall planning of the distribution center and the planning of each region.
10、The main content of this paper is as follows:First，a detailed analysis on the domestic distribution center and system simulation home and abroad,and carried on a thorough investigation of tobacco industry background. Find that tobacco distribution centers lack the complete theoretical system,and the
11、 overall planning of the distribution center still needs moer studies.Second，according to the basic information provided by the distribution center and through detailed research and calculation analysis,we put forward the overall demand in the distribution center design.Third,a detaild describe on t
12、he internal storage region design of the distribution center,and analysed area of internal circulation situation and personnel specific configuration. Fourth, according to a detailed describe and the contrast of the two sets of design on the internal stock and sorting of the distribution center, we
13、find the better solution, including regional internal flow, sorting circuit, personnel allocation and so on.Last，use Tecnomatix Plant Simulation 9 logistics system simulation software to plan the scheme for system modeling. Through the simulation and result analysis,we verified the planning and desi
