2、到了迅速 普及，已经成为电子信息技术的重要组成部分。它使得产品设计工作 的内容和方式产生了根本性变革；是提高产品和工作设计水平、降低 消耗、缩短科研和新产品开发周期、大幅度提高劳动生产率的一项关 键技术；成为设计产品保持竞争优势，开拓市场的主要技术手段。伴随着 CAD 技术的发展和应用，各种商品化的 CAD 软件也应运 而生并迅速发展，AutoCAD软件就是其中的优秀软件之一。Auto CAD 是美国 AutoDesk 公司 1982 年推出的，目前世界上最为流行，最为成 功的 CAD 软件。这不仅仅是因为它有非常强大的功能、支持的外设和 平台很多、价格又低、易学易用，最主要的是AutoCAD
3、具有开放式的 体系结构，允许用户在几乎所有方面对其进行修改和扩充，用以满足 各种用户自己的特殊需要。通过对 AutoCAD 功能的调整、扩充以满足 用户特定要求的方法有时称为对 AutoCAD 的定制。通过定制，可以构 造出符合用户习惯的 AutoCAD 系统，也可提高工作效率。由于 AutoCAD 的每一部分都可以按要求定制，如定义一个对话框，生成一种特殊线 型。因此，定制可能是应用 AutoCAD 中最有创造性和最令人感兴趣的 工作。本课题正是利用其能满足特定用户要求的各种定制功能，适应 市场对基本零部件绘图模块的需求，对一些常用的液压元件进行定 制，包括：菜单、绘制图形、幻灯片显示，并介
4、绍了 Auto LISP、Visual LISP、对话框控制语言CL），以及基于这部分的应用，实现一个完 整的工程体。通过本课题的实践，综合 CAD 开发系统的特点，很容易让我们 发现，我们不必是 AutoCAD 专家或程序员，只要知道 AutoCAD 的基本 命令，就可以完成对各种需求产品的定制。在程序编制过程中，由小 程序出发，一步一步分段进行程序调试，极大的提高了整个工作过程 的效率，使我们很轻松的完成了对常用液压元件绘图模块的定制，实现了基于产品零件的AutoCAD的二次开发。注：本课程的工作任务都是根据图1展开的AutoCAD标准屏幕菜单 4主调函数（Visual LISP）OkCa

14、 figure 1 launch.第1章 绪论1.1 AutoCAD二次开发的历史AutoCAD 是目前在 Windows 环境下应用最广泛，使用人数最多的 CAD 软件。 但 AutoCAD 所提供给的只是一般的通用的 CAD 功能，如造型、绘图、编辑、注释 等，要想完成一个设计项目，尤其当项目中不同规格的同一零件（通常指标准件） 数量庞大时，单纯 CAD 中的通用功能就显捉襟见肘了。 因此，对 AutoCAD 的二 次开发十分必要。第一次浪潮源于 AutoCAD 进入中国。1990 年。那时 AutoCAD 还是 2.6 版。 这次浪潮促进了很多高校、科研院所和大型企业开始围绕 AutoC
15、AD 进行二次开 发。第二次浪潮源于科技部在“九五”期间推进“甩图板工程”。这期间，CAXA （当时叫北航海尔）、高华（现在的英泰）、凯思、开目、大天、凯图、大凯、CCAD （深圳乔纳森）等一批国内自主版权 CAD 在政府和市场的双重推动下成长起来。 那时,对国产CAD软件最大的挑战是与Auto CAD盗版这种几乎不要钱的软件竞争； 另外，与Aut oCAD的兼容性，企业的工程师使用Auto CAD的习惯也是很大挑战， 并且这些自主版权软件的开放性方面也存在不足。当时，CAXA推出了 400多元一套的二维CAD软件，彻底改变了市场格局， 后来又推出了三维 CAD 软件，而 CAXA 的 CAM
16、 也是一大特色。其它 CAD 软 件公司则逐渐将重点转向了 CAPP/PDM等产品，并开始代理国外CAD/PLM巨 头的高端软件产品。而1998 年, Autodesk收购Genuis，自己推出机械版和电 气版，使得国内基于 AutoCAD 进行二次开发的 CAD 软件的生存空间减小了很 多。值得赞赏的是， 2001 年，新洲协同软件公司研发、推出了自主品牌的三维 CAD 软件 Solid2000（Solid3000 的前身）。由于微机加视窗95 / 98 / NT操作系统与工作站加Unix操作系统在以太网的 环境下构成了 CAD 系统的主流工作平台，因此现在的 CAD 技术和系统都具有良好 的开放性。图形接口、图形功能日趋标
