5、nableattorneysfeesfromtheotherpartyforallmatters,includingbutnotlimitedtoappeals.pinellascounty,florida,shallbepropervenueforanylitigationinvolvingthisagreement.thisagreementmaynotbeassignedordelegatedbyeitherpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty.inwitnesswhereof,thepartieshavesignedthis
