This class is the first period of reading. The passage“who am I ”talks about the histor

2、y and development of computers, which is the main topic of this unit. It is the foundation and core of this unit, that is, the most fundamental and important part.According to the new Curriculum Criteria, I decide to adopt Task-based Learning (TBL). The students will be given tasks to talk about com

3、puters development and express their attitudes toward surfing the internet. In this way, not only will the students learning motivation be greatly stimulated, but also their communication skills will be effectively improved. In the meantime, they will appreciate the advanced science and technology,

4、and hold a positive attitude towards using computers.The New Curriculum Reform also requires the student to obtain and analysis the information in English by summarization and reasoning. It is a challenge for the students. I decide to use a timeline to highlight the importance and a chart to break t

5、hrough the difficult points in this period. Just as the Constructivism suggests, tables such as timelines and charts can clearly show the relation between the information and will make it easier for the students to understand the language points. 教学目标The Main Task:The students will be helped to impr
