2、者，請註明）研究發展計畫書目錄封面頁碼目錄壹、計畫摘要.（3）貳、計畫內容.（ 4-9 ）一、 研究方法. （ 4 ）二、 主持人論文發表. （ 5 ）三、 重要參考文獻. （ 6-8 ）四、 預定進度(Gantt Chart). （9 ） 壹、 計畫摘要：1. 洗腎病人易患消化性潰瘍，其中止痛藥阿斯匹靈使用4、幽門桿菌、血清胃泌素、胃蛋白脢原、副甲狀腺素、高血清鈣離子，為重要之影響因子，但這些因子之交互作用及造成潰瘍復發的影響尚不明瞭。2. 根據本院已發表之研究，洗腎病人較非洗腎病人在接受幽門桿菌根除之後，仍有較高的潰瘍復發率4，另洗腎病人有較高比例使用止痛藥及阿斯匹靈，亦為潰瘍復發之重要因
3、素。3. 本院120位患有消化性潰瘍之洗腎病人，約有40%之兩年內潰瘍復發率。4. 本研究將探討：止痛藥之使用、阿斯匹靈使用、幽門桿菌感染、根除，抽煙、喝酒、年齡、性別、洗腎時間、內視鏡之潰瘍評估結果(包括潰瘍大小、潰瘍數量、出血與否)，病理變化(包括慢性發炎反應、急性發炎反應、淋巴濾泡數量、萎縮程度、腸性化生、幽門桿菌濃度)，血清中副甲狀腺、鈣離子及磷離子等因子，作單變項多變項及危險程度之統計分析。中文關鍵詞：洗腎病人；消化性潰瘍；幽門桿菌 貳、計畫內容 一、 研究方法： 1. 本院自民國88年9月至97年6月，初估有120位患有消化性潰瘍的洗腎患者，曾接受前瞻性胃鏡檢查並門診或住院追蹤，並
