2、外形势，保生存谋发展显得更为重要。在国家的扶持帮助下，科技型小微企业通过优化自身的资金流，扩大企业融资渠道，提高企业技术优势，加强管理、技术、财务等人员的全面培训，提升企业总体智力水平等方面的研究尝试，有力地激活科技型小微企业的生命力，有效地实现企业的持续有力的发展。本论文的研究对象北京京苏阳科技有限公司是一家以研发、生产、销售（安装）多种制式听力训练、听力考试、同声传译系统集成及不同规格无线接收耳机为主业的科技型小微企业，进入成熟期后，发展相对懈怠，企业流动资金缺乏，没有明确的战略目标，企业内部管理的缺陷也日益明显。例如，企业过度依赖老市场，惧怕新市场领域风险；企业奖惩制度形同虚设，总经理赏
3、罚员工多遵循自己的喜好；企业缺乏凝聚力，员工没有团队意识、工作无责任感等。鉴于此，本论文通过对企业的发展历程回顾，深入剖析科技型小微企业的发展演变规律；通过对企业内外部环境的SWOT分析，提出面向企业未来发展的战略变革构想；通过对企业高管和员工的实地调查，探究企业内部管理机制的完善途径，使该科技型小微企业能够走出管理困境，走上良性发展的轨道。关键词： 科技型企业 小微企业 发展路径 战略构想调整 管理机制完善毕业设计（论文）外文摘要Title Exploring the Development Path of Technology-based Small and Micro-sized Ent
