4、的结果，也是集群企业提升竞争能力的必然途径之一。本文以系统研究方法作为贯穿全文的主线，采取实证研究与规范研究、定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法对集群两维技术创新范式进行了系统的研究。全文共7章，主要内容和相关结论如下：第一章：介绍了论文的研究背景，引出了本文的研究问题；阐明了研究目的、方法和内容，理清论文展开的思想脉络；阐述了本文的创新点。第二章：国内外文献综述。本文的研究是对集群供应链上企业个体行为（横向并购和纵向整合）与技术创新的相关研究的再认识和提炼。因此，本文首先对企业并购与技术创新的相关知识做一个系统的综述和分析；然后以本研究提出的问题为向导，对相关的研究文献进行评述。第三章：首先
5、阐述了产业集群内纵向供应链的特点，分析了纵向整合的技术创新动态机理过程，提出了集群纵向供应链整合发展路径的三个阶段，以及在各阶段中技术知识的传导方式，来说明核心企业在纵向供应链中的技术创新发展的动态过程。第四章：从供应链跨链间的横向并购的视角，研究产业集群中供应链横向合作下的技术创新模式，根据集群内供应链横向合作环节的差异，分析了横向并购的技术创新模式和传导路径，进而说明了横向并购下技术创新的内在演变规律。第五章：通过对供应链上核心企业并购前后的技术创新效益的博弈分析，说明在产业集群中一定的知识溢出范围之内，供应链上企业进行横向并购对技术创新效益有着较为明显的积极作用。第六章：从企业资源和组织

This paper has used the system approach as the main theme, to take empirical research and normative research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to combining two-dimensional technological innovation of the clusters on the paradigm of the system

There are 7 chapters in this dissertation, the main contents and relevant conclusions are showed as follows: Chapter 1, Introduces the research background, propose the question of this study; then gives a brief introduction of the purpose, significance, ideas and the structure of this research; at
11、 last, demonstrates the main innovative points.Chapter 2, Reviews and analyzes the related theories. This study is recognition and refining between the individual behavior (horizontal merger and vertical integration) and the technological innovation on the cluster supply chain.Chapter 3, At first, d
