2、合管理和保存。随着计算机的广泛应用，大多数小区开始利用相关计算机系统来管理小区的电费财务，使得小区的电费管理更加高效，用户对电费的查询更加便捷。本管理系统是单机版电费管理系统。作者在开发本系统时采用Visual Basic和Access 2000数据库软件作为程序主要开发工具，运用Visual Basic完成了程序的界面设计及主要功能的具体实现,运用Access 2000完成了数据库系统的具体设计。该系统采用Visual Basic和ADO，实现用户用电信息的快捷录入；方便小区物业公司根据用户的实际用电情况进行登记，然后自动计算各用户的电费总额；管理各用户的预存金，以及现金收付情况，实现电费的
3、批量收款及单笔收费，实现对用户用电情况、款项使用情况登记操作；并且提供给小区用户查询个人用电信息、打印有关电费报表等服务。本文简要介绍了“某小区电费管理系统”的设计思想，并概括地说明了该系统的功能及特点。该系统功能完善、界面友好、操作简单，具有综合查询和报表打印等功能，能充分满足不同层次用户需求。 关键词：Visual Basic；某小区电费管理系统；电费查询。AbstractSmall areas manage finance in the way of hand-written record before computers become popular.
