1、1000半自动密封环切割机1000 Semi-circular cutting machine摘 要随着社会的不断发展进步，人们对物质生活的要求不断提高。为了更好的满足人们对于生活的要求，在世界的各个领域上发生了翻天覆地的变化，自动化、半自动化更是飞速发展，并且在工业生产中起到了举足轻重的作用。在当今的工业领域中，板材切割是成品加工过程中最为重要的步骤。也是保证成品质量的重要工序。利用先进的现代切割技术，不但可以保证产品的质量，提高劳动生产率，同时也使得企业产品的制造成本大幅度下降，缩短了产品生产周期。随着新产品、新工艺、新技术的广泛运用。智能化精密切割将成为切割行业今后发展的趋势。我国切割行
2、业主要有以下几类生产企业组成：1）门式切割机；2)小车式切割机及割嘴；3)等离子切割电源及割嘴；4)手工焊割炬及焊割嘴等。切割行业经过几十年的发展，其产品从单一的手工割炬发展成为一个门类较为齐全的产业。产品基本能满足国内市场的需求，并有部分产品进入国际市场。近年来，我国数控切割机生产技术的发展尤为迅速。现代仿形切割仍以数控切割机为主，因为只有这种数控切割方式，才能有效地保证切割过程中的工序完全自动化。我国数控切割技术发展比较晚，但其发展速度非常快。在八十年代以前，在我国，板材下料主要是以手工或半自动小车下料为主。进入八十年，随着企业改革的不断深入，人们认识到；利用先进的切割技术，不仅是保证产品
3、质量的关键，同时也使得板材利用率大幅度提高。在一些板材用量较大的企业，由于板材利用率的提高，缩短了数控切割机的设备投资回收期，并取得了良好的经济效益。因此，数控切割机的市场需求量逐年上升。从而推动了我国切割行业的飞速发展。目前，国内企业生产的各类数控切割机，均能满足国内各行业的需求，并有一定数量的产品出口。与八十年代相比，当时国内的大型精密数控切割机，主要依赖进口产品。九十年代以来，进口产品呈逐年下降的趋势。目前，我国进口的数控切割机，主要是一些技术比较先进的产品。如大型水下等离子切割机、精细等离子切割机和激光切割机等，进口量仅占我国切割机市场总量的10。进入新世纪以来，切割行业又有了新的发展
4、，原来我国出口的数控切割机主要销到一些发展中国家。国内其他切割机制造企业产品的出口量也逐步增加，这也标志着我国切割行业的切割机的制造水平上了一个新台阶 半自动切割环形机正是为了使人们从单一，重复的工作中解放出来，而研制成功的一种半自动自动化程度较高的机器。它可以自动完切割物体，使人们不必重复简单而又枯燥无味的工作。半自动切割机广泛应用于各种规格的圆形密封垫的加工，并且是替代手工仪表车床切割的新一代产品。可以说半自动切割机的应用范围是非常广泛的，它有着非常广阔的前景。在本次设计中，半自动切割机的主要原理是通过三相异步电动机作为动力，驱动偏心轮上的加工刀具进行剪切运动。利用摩擦力将要加工的料在胶滚
5、的滚动下不断将料进行旋转，从而使其达到半自动切割的目的。滚动胶滚的电动机采用超低速无极变速电动机。可依据加工的需要随时调节电动机的速度。非金属垫片，尤其是圆形聚四氟乙烯垫片、圆形柔性石墨垫片、圆形石棉垫片广泛应用于石油化工装置中工艺管线的阀门，法兰间的联结密封。目前，除了采用手工剪切非金属垫片这种功效较低，废品较多的方法外，施工企业大多自制或采购一种单刃垫片切割机进行垫片的加工。这种单刃垫片切割机有机架、变径机构、定心机构、动力传递机构、进给机构、刀架等组成。工作时，首先确定待加工垫片的外径，使变径机构确定合适的加工直径。然后通过定心机构确定非金属板的圆心，并匀速转动。而后，电动机带动V带，通
6、过动力传递机构，使单刃刀具上下往复切割。外径加工完毕后，再调整变径机构、定心机构，进行内径加工。两次变径加工降低了垫片加工的效率，而且需要两次变径和定心，增加了操作人员的工作量。密封垫片切割机主要组成机构和作用是：（1） 机架：用来连接各零部件，并固定、支撑整台设备。（2） 变径机构：主要由齿轮、齿条、滑轴、滑涛、变径架、变径摇杆等部件组成，其作用是调节加工半径。（3） 动力传递机构：主要由偏心轮和横梁、弹簧构成，其作用是将动力传递给刀架。（4） 定心机构：主要由定心轴及相关两部件组成，其作用是确定非金属板的圆心并使板圆周进给。关键词：切割机；半自动机械；胶垫加工；送料AbstractWith
