14、组成。2、根据本工程的特点、功能要求，本着对业主资金合理利用，对工程质量的高度责任感，我们的编制原则是“经济、合理、优质、高效”。3、本投标施工组织设计的编制，受到了我公司的高度重视和大力支持，公司专门成立该工程投标方案小组，采用“对比优化、博采众长”的编制思路，以使本方案重点突出，有较强针对性和可操作性。4、本工程施工组织设计包括土建和安装工程两部分。第二章 工程概况一、工程概况本工程为【恒智天成】民用建筑统一建设办公室开发建设的农房迁建工程，工程名称为：【恒智天成】（【恒智天成】组团）【恒智天成】#工程。该工程由【恒智天成】建筑设计研究院设计。两幢建筑总面积约【恒智天成】m2，共七个单元，
