A tape recording pictures.课时学习过程:Step 1 Warming up&Revision.1. T shows the picture of Xiao Yu and Mike,says”Xiao Yu and Mike are on their way home.
3、They are talking about Xiao Yus uncle.So whats Xiao Yus uncle like?Can you guess?”Ss are asked to use”Is he?”2. Asks Ss to look at the first question”What does Xiao Yus uncle look like?”after listening to the tape.3. T plays the tape for the second time,asks”What does he do?How does he go to work?Do
4、es he often take Xiao Yu to school?”Write the sentence on the blackboard.4. Ss finish question1,2. T asks again:”What about Mikeuncle?”Step 2 Presentation.1. T asks”What about Mikes uncle?”after finishing”Lets try.”2. T plays a part of the dialogue(From beginning to every day).Asks Ss to answer”What

T continue to play the tape,of the second part(from”I see “to”healthy life”),asks them to answer”How does he go to work ?Where does he work?”4. T writes the new words”work hard,stay healthy,study hard”on the blackboard,asks Ss

T plays the whole dialogue for Ss,asks Ss to read follow the tape.Then for the second time,asks Ss to read in roles,then asks some pairs to
7、 show.Step 3 Consolidation.1. T shows Mikes uncles information,asks Ss to fill in the blanks._does he do? He is a fisherman._does he work? He works on a boat._does he go to work? He goes to work by bike.2. Do an interview:Asks Ss to work in groups,ask and answer”Where does your father/mother work?How does he/she go to work?”Then calls some groups to show.Step 4 Homework.1.
