1、外墙涂料施工方案施工准备 1、材料方面（1）涂料：应有产品合格证、出厂日期及使用说明。（2）颜料：各色有机或地机颜料，应耐碱、耐光。、主要机具一般应备有组合架管、吊篮、吊板、刮板、腻子托板、小铁锹、腻子槽、砂纸、笤帚、刷子、擦布、等。、作业条件（1）墙面应基本干燥，基层含水率不得大于10。（2）门窗玻璃要提前做好防护。（3）大面积施工前应事先做好样板墙，经有厂方认可后，方可组织班组进行大面积施工。操作工艺1.基层处理：因该工程是旧楼改造，基层质量较差，增加用工量及工艺，采用人工铲除原有脱落的涂料，保证基层光洁。、工艺流程：基层处理修补腻子刮腻子施涂一遍乳液薄涂料施涂二遍外墙防水乳胶漆。.基层处
2、理：首先将墙面等基层上起皮、松动及鼓包等清除凿平，将残留在基层表面上灰尘、污垢、溅沫和砂浆流痕等杂物清除扫净。.修补腻子：用外墙砂浆及柔性腻将墙面等基层上磕碰得的坑凹、缝隙等处分遍找平，干燥后用砂纸将凸出处磨平，并将浮尘等扫净。.刮腻子：刮腻子的遍数可由基层或墙面的平整度来确定。.施涂一遍乳液薄涂料：施涂顺序刷墙面时应先上后下。先将墙面清扫干净。乳液薄涂料一般用滚筒涂刷。乳液薄涂料使用前应搅拌均匀，适当加水稀释，防止头遍涂料施涂不开。.施涂第一遍面漆涂料：使用前要充分搅拌，如不很稠，不宜加水或尽量少加水，以防露底。漆膜干燥后，用细砂纸将墙面小疙瘩和排笔毛打磨掉，磨光滑后清扫干净。.施涂第二遍面
3、漆涂料：操作要求同第一遍涂料。由于乳胶膜干燥较快，应连续迅速操作，涂刷时从一头开始，逐渐涂刷向另一头，要注意上下顺刷互相衔接，避免出现干燥后再处理接头。质量标准（一）主控项目 1、水性涂料涂饰工程所用涂料的品种、型号和性能应符合设计要求。 2、水性涂料涂饰工程的颜色、图案应符合设计要求。 3、水性涂料涂饰工程应涂饰均匀、粘结牢固，不得漏涂、透底、起皮和掉粉。 4、水性涂料涂饰工程的基层处理应符合下列要求： 新建筑物的混凝土或抹灰基层在涂饰涂料前应涂刷抗碱封闭底漆； 混凝土或抹灰基层涂刷溶剂型涂料时，含水率不得大于8；基层腻子应平整、坚实、牢固，无粉化、起皮和裂缝；腻子的粘结强度应符合规定。（二
4、）一般项目 薄涂料的涂饰质量和检验方法应符合下表的规定薄涂料的涂饰质量和检验方法项次项目普通涂饰检验方法1颜色均匀一致观察2泛碱、咬色允许少量轻微3流坠、疙瘩允许少量轻微4砂眼、刷纹允许少量轻微砂眼，刷纹通顺5装饰线、分色线直线允许偏差2拉5m线，不足5m拉通线，用钢直尺检查成品保护 1、进行操作前将不进行涂饰的门窗及其它相关的部位遮挡保护好。 2、涂饰完的墙面，随时用木板或小方木将口、角等处保护好，防止碰撞造成损坏。 3、拆脚手架时，要轻拿轻放，严防碰撞已涂饰完的墙面。 4、严禁施工人员在已涂饰好的面层乱写乱画，污染墙面。 6、严禁明火靠近已涂刷完成的墙面，以防污染，确保漆膜表面洁净、光亮。
