In case no settlement can be reached within 21 days through negotiation, the caseshall be submitted to the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission of the China Council for the Promotional Internationa
8、l Trade, for arbitration, in accordancewith its provision rule of procedure. The arbitral award shall be acceptedas final and binding upon both parties.
